2. Scope of Services Our mobile phlebotomy services are available for:

  • NHS patients with GP-issued blood test requests.

  • Individuals with private blood test kits.

  • Corporate clients for workplace health checks.

  • Families and elderly individuals requiring at-home blood collection.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult with their healthcare provider for test results and interpretations.

3. Booking and Appointments
  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone or our online booking system.

  • Clients must provide accurate information, including test requirements and location details.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability at the agreed time and location for sample collection.

  • Provide all necessary documents, such as GP blood test requests or private test kits.

  • Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to the appointment.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees are provided at the time of booking and must be paid in full before or at the time of service.

  • Payment methods include online payment, credit/debit cards, or cash.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed services. For disputes, please contact us.

6. Liability

  • While we strive for the highest standards, the Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or laboratory issues.

  • We are not responsible for errors in test results, as these are managed by the designated laboratories.
