Blood test request form: When you order a blood test, you need to have your blood test request form as we don’t supply this. The blood is sent to whoever has prescribed the blood test request form.
- Payment acknowledgement: We acknowledge your booking and payment via email or text within 4 hours and call within 1 working day to follow through with you.
- No refund if cancelled within 24 hours.
- Appointment changes are allowed as long as they occur before the 24-hour window.
- Getting a refund: Call or mail our support in case you cancel and need a refund but note that 25 % administration fee applies if cancellation is done within 24 hrs to the appointment.
