Please note,

  • Note: Order a test, and our practitioner will provide you with the requisition form and kit. Please note that all customers are required to have a blood test request form (which we do not supply). The collected blood sample will be sent to the healthcare provider who issued the blood test request form.

  • Payment acknowledgement: We acknowledge your booking and payment via email or text within 4 hours and call within 1 working day follow through with you.
  • Appointment changes are allowed as long as they occur before the 24-hour window.
  • Getting refund: Call or mail our support in case in you cancel and need refund but note that 25 administration fee applies if cancellation done within  24 hrs
